Thank you so much for supporting So Knot Rachel! I'm a one-woman small business, and every item is handmade with love and care. Because of that, shipping and processing times may vary depending on your order. Please review the details below before placing your purchase.

Processing Time

Most items are made to order, which means I start creating them after your purchase is placed. Please allow 5–7 business days for standard processing — and possibly a bit more during busy seasons. Thank you for your patience while I make your piece just right!

Custom Orders

Custom orders take extra time and attention. Please allow 1–4 weeks for me to complete and ship your custom item. If you’re on a deadline, feel free to reach out before ordering, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Shipping Rates & Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your purchase. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

Pre-Order Items

If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, it will be shipped as soon as it’s ready. Estimated ship dates will be noted in the product listing or at checkout.

No International Shipping

At this time, I only ship within the United States. I hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info (if applicable), so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delivery Issues

If something goes wrong with the delivery of your order, don’t hesitate to email me at soknotrachel@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to help you sort it out, though please keep in mind that once an order is in the hands of USPS, I have limited control over delays or lost packages.
