Thank you for your interest in ordering a custom plushie from So Knot Rachel! I’m so excited to create something special just for you. All of my plushies are lovingly handmade using Premier brand yarn only, so please keep in mind that all colors and textures will be based on what’s currently available within that brand.

To place a custom order, please email me at soknotrachel@gmail.com or use the contact form below to send your request. Make sure to include your name, email address, and a detailed description of what you'd like. This can include the type of plushie (animal, creature, object, etc.), its approximate size (mini, small, medium, or large), and any specific color preferences. If you’re unsure of the exact colors, I’m happy to offer suggestions based on your vision!

If you have reference images—such as photos of a character, pet, or sketch—feel free to attach them to help guide the design. Please let me know if you'd like any features like safety eyes, embroidery, facial expressions, or simple accessories like bows or horns. However, please note that I do not create plushie clothing or outfits of any kind.

Turnaround time for custom plushies typically ranges from 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and current order volume. If you need your order by a specific date, let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Please also be aware that a pattern fee may apply if your plushie design is especially detailed, unique, or requires a completely new pattern. If a pattern fee is needed, I’ll let you know during the quote process. Full payment (including any applicable pattern fee) is required upfront before I begin work on your custom plushie.

If you have a specific budget or are unsure what your idea might cost, feel free to mention that as well. I’ll reply to your request with a quote, estimated completion time, and payment details. Once payment is received, your order will officially be placed and added to my queue.
