Handmade Disclaimer

All of our products are handmade — which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor variations, slight imperfections, or differences in size or shape are normal and part of what makes each item truly one-of-a-kind. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handmade and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. All sales are final once an order is placed and processed.

Refunds

Refunds are not accepted once an order has been shipped, unless the item is proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
